Processing times
Orders placed before 2pm HST ship the same business day. Orders placed after that cut-off, or at weekends, ship the next business day.
Shipping rate
Priority shipping is a flat $15 per order. It is our only shipping option, so every order ships priority.
Delivery estimates
Priority delivery is typically 2-3 business days.
Sales tax
Hawai'i general excise tax of 4% is applied at checkout.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Lost or damaged packages
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the dispatch date and we will make it right.
Age verification
This is a 21+ product. An adult signature may be required on delivery.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
