What is Poppy Pill 7OH?
A plant-based, pH-friendly tablet delivering 40MG per tablet, formulated to support your body’s natural alkaline balance, energy, hydration and recovery.
How many tablets are in each pouch?
Pouches come in 10, 25, 50 and 100 tablet sizes.
What is the difference between the four sizes?
Only the number of tablets. The formula is identical in every pouch, and the price per tablet falls as the pouch gets larger.
Why Mylar pouches instead of bottles?
Mylar is light-proof and air-tight, which protects potency better than a clear bottle, and it travels far more easily.
Is it plant-based?
Yes. The formula is plant-based with no artificial additives.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2pm HST ship the same business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Priority shipping is a flat $15 per order — it is our only option, so everything ships priority.
Do you ship to Hawai’i?
Yes — we ship to Hawai’i and across the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
Unopened pouches can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days and we will replace it at no cost.

Yes. Every production batch is sent to an independent laboratory.
